Fir some reason my chat features have stopped working. I've not changed my number since I got my phone, its been the same number, I've uninstall re-installed the app but its been like this for over a month.
Please help
@LeahJ: Can you try restarting your phone, then head to Settings > Connections > More connection settings > Rich Communications, and make sure that this is toggled on?
If the issue persists, can you confirm if the chat status hangs on 'Connecting...' indefinitely, or if you encounter any notifications or errors? Furthermore, as you're using Google Messages, have you tried accessing your chat features via the Samsung Messages app, to see if this helps?
