Help!

Can someone please help me, I have recently done the update on my galaxy flip 4 5g and for some reason the keyboard isn't working properly as it won't stay on the themes keyboard until it is changed to a different theme. I have never had this issue before and I have tried making sure it is on the theme keyboard through the settings on the keyboard but it won't stay on it. I will include pics so you can see what I am talking about. Tia Linda

You may need to wait for the theme developer to update the theme. I have purchased themes in the past. That were not updated for newer software. I also purchased one that just became unavailable. I wasn't to happy about that myself.

I've had the same issue, I read elsewhere on here from a moderator that they're aware of the issue and currently developing a new software update that should resolve this issue. Since my first 5.1.1 update, I was able to download and install another, but the issue still persists. So I'm just hoping that the newest update I've just installed wasn't the keyboard theme update in question. Hopefully, it won't take too much longer because, in all honesty, the light theme keyboard is driving me kray kray. Even if I try to switch to the dark keyboard theme (which is still ugly as sin when popped up against my purchased themes) my phone still reverts back to the light theme despite the system settings showing as having the dark theme or galaxy theme as the selected choice.

The clear cache on the keyboard as well as the phone and the reset keyboard settings option only fixed things for a few minutes. Same as when I restart the phone or reapply the theme.

Hiya, thank you for your reply, I get where your coming from with the keyboard and like you it's doing my head in I hate it as I just want the keyboard to be back to normal with the themes I'm using. I did an update yesterday but it hasn't worked and the keyboard issue is still there so hopefully the next will sort it out. Thank you for all the information 🙏 I appreciate it.
