Help with notifications

Hi all hope everyone is well I have the samsung fold 3 and I've noticed if I'm using YouTube or tiktok if I get a notification it lowers volume but then volume won't return to normal even if u close youtube or tiktok  and open again its still not normal  any suggestions please
