You say crashing. What have you tried to do to remedy the issue.
If the phones memory is very full, consider using a cloud storage.
Have you tried to Wipe the Partition Cashe on the phone
In Safe mode, you can repair apps
Could be an app or theme issue that's causing it
A factory reset would be last of the options, but if all else fails then maybe an option
Just don't forget to backup first

They always tell you exactly why the warranty is void. You can ask for clarification, but you're leaving out a detail here. Probably a physical damage you caused - now you're angry at yourself. Suck it up and take ownership.
It's frustrating, but it is what it is.
If you really feel you're right, you can contact ombudsman etc., but I suspect you'd be wasting your time.
Next time, buy insurance - they're one of the most expensive items we own. (well for me anyway).

You removed the screen protector, damaging the phone. It’s against the T&Cs. Do you just not read those ?
