Official stable one UI 7 update will come with new s25 series next year. S24 series alongside with Z series should get update after s25 series released, also it depends on your network as some networks like EE tends to delay the updates.

Simple answer is no
The Beta software is due out anytime soon.
But that will be for specific devices and regions, and those devices purchased unlocked to any network

Upgrade to the S25 series next year as it will come preinstalled with one UI7

Otherwise you will be waiting a long time. Probably mid to end of next year.
