I have had this phone for less than a year and the screen is creased ... again. Now I have to make another claim. 😒.  I only have the years warranty and if it is going to keep this up my phone will be no good. I've gone through the Comments as well post and it is not looking good. I am super disappointed. I waited for the flip 3 thinking these issues were addressed. I'd trade it in but I'll loose an arm and leg just to get a new phone! Now I don't know what to do.

Maybe not rocket science but some products including cars can be whats known as lemons. Check it out.

I just had my Flip 3 screen die on me after the crease showed up. Unfortunately, it had lasted a little bit over a year, so warranty was gone. Samsung said they could repair but I would have to pay the cost out of pocket. I had my T-Mobile insurance, and it was replaced, of course with the same old phone. My biggest issue is when the crease happened, it took out half of my bottom screen. I can only see the top, but the top doesn't respond to touch. I got to move all my stuff over to the new phone except all my Google Authenticator accounts. I tried but when I get the QR Code, I cannot see half of it, so no help. I looked up how to show my screen on my PC, but when I get to Authenticator, it blacks out the screen. Flip 3 does not have Dex, so I can't do that either. Anyone with ideas? Oh, yeah, sorry, after this screen snafu, I would rather go back to regular screen.

My wife and I both had the same problem - plus her speaker was terrible!  Got them fixed (for $50 each) at "you break, I fix'.  Call 1st because they run out of the screens first.  Can't go just anywhere because they require a special machine to apply the screen!

ive had the screen break for seeminly no reason 3 times within 18 months. Never ever before have I ever had a phone just break on its own through regular use before this one. It's not luck, the folding screens are fundamentally flawed. The technology isnt ready.
