Front screen

I only get the word message on front screen on samsung z4 I want to see the text why can't I?

Literally can't lol as front screen it says a little envelope then message I swipe and it says open the phone where as before I could scroll and read text x

@miaj79: Please can you try heading to Settings > Notifications, and select 'Detailed'. Now, head to Settings > Apps > Messages > Notifications > Notification categories > New messages > Lock screen > Show content. Let me know if this helps.
