Got it yesterday , my fold 4 was direct from Samsung not carrier locked

Updates are sent out in waves @lrjm93 which is dependent on region , phone model and serial and build number.

I'm sure you'll receive the update ASAP. 🤞

@lrjm93: The update will begin rolling out from 10^th May 2024 on the Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy Z Fold4, Galaxy Z Flip4 and the Galaxy Tab S8 series. With this in mind, it shouldn't be too long before it's made available by your network.
