Fold 4 hinge and screen protector replacement.

My fold 4 is still under warrenty, ive seen i can have a replacement screen protecter re applied under warrenty, but im confused on how to report and get repaired the fact my fold will no longer open flat it opens at like a 160 degrees angle with a 2mm gap on the back when before it would open flat with no gap at the back. 

Any1 abke to help? Or is it as simple as just calling samsung support?

Ah, you are suffering from the hinge design flaw.

You need to either contact Samsung or go to an experience centre. If you are in the UK and near an EE store with onsite repair, I'd go that way - EE are a lot better at handling it than Samsung.

Unfortunately it puts you in the repair loto as to if you get an employee that helps get Samsung to cover it. Assuming mint condition and a fair wind, it'll be a new hinge, batteries, and screen.

Good luck, know your consumer rights and be prepared to have a bit of an arm wrestle with Samsung customer support (I've never found it easy to get a repair done unless it was via EE)

Luckily then im with EE, and the phone has small cometic wear signs like a scratch near the charge port. Otherwise its mint condition its rarely been out if its heavy duty case and even then it was only to be cleaned

For reference for others, EE will repair handsets not on their network.

I'm currently with O2, and they repaired mine.
