Fold 4 Display / Audio Issue

Fold 4 inner screen has stopped working, occasionally am able to see display but stops working when trying to play audio such as YouTube. Works fine on outer screen.

Negative, worked on off for a couple of days however would turn off when any audio was played e.g YouTube.

Just to add, when I restart the device, folded, the logo comes up on the inner screen, so it must still work for the most part. Going to try reset it.

I lost my sound. I cant call or get calls. I cant play music or videos. When I un-mute , the videos stop playing. It is a most definitely a software issue. 

So sent my phone to Samsung and Im still in warranty. They wanted to charge me 400
to fix my screens. I did not give them consent to them to fix my screens that are not bad. They told me they have to fix everything or nothing. I told them I just want my sound fixed and they told me pretty much to bad. 

What we need to do is go to our State that we live in and write in and complain and have them help us. Also all or BBB. Then we need to let everyone know how Samsung just dont care and hopefully people will be aware and stay away.

I beg to differ, they can't fix the phone and leave the broken screens on basis of warranty and legal side, samsung have fixed issues for years for me no problem, and rightfully if your screen is broken you no longer have warranty at all!

Salut! I have the same issue like you guys. I tried so many thing to fix it but still don't works. 

All started today, after the f...ing update. The only thing that I didn't try is factory reset , but I've read that somebody tried it and it didn't work.

Can somebody from samsung can tell wtf is going on????

first was samsung heath app, now this. Wtf is next, the battery exploding!

Only in my imagination. Samsung releases a UI update so that our cellphones are damaged. Which thereby forces us to repair our cellphones or buy a new Samsung cellphone again.

Posibly this the fact🙄
