If you have a Samsung Experience Store near you, you can get an appointment booked for a same day service.
Depending on what region you are in and if its available in your region. There maybe a mobile service. But you'd have to speak to Samsung Customer Support.
There are third party screen protectors available as well if you feel confident to fit one.
Some have just pealed off the protector and not fitted another, but for me. That would be too much of a risk.

I gave up, bought and fitted new screen protectors myself; Samsung website **bleep** you in a loop where you follow the steps with the issue and then it says "contact support", you cannot book an appointment through the site for this issue, and if you turn up at the store (and I tried) they turn you away; always too busy. Even if you make up a new (more serious ) issue with your phone on the website, there are still never any bookable appointments, they are always full. Want to try phoning or webchat? They'll only offer you a return repair, so prepare to be without your phone for 11 working days, and they'll wipe it! For a new screen protector! Ah, but now you are thinking doorsetp repair or "I have the care package", right? Doorsetp repair won't recognoise any Fold IMEI's so you can't get past the first step, and Care Plus put you right back to the start in asking to log it on the website (which doesn't work) or visit a store (who won't help you!). So buy a £30 Whitestone premium gen film kit and do it yourself, becuase the hassle of dealing with Samsung direct just isn't worth it.

They wouldn't replace your inner screen protector because of the outer screen?!
I went 30 miles to a store that was shown on the Samsung website, the store no longer existed!!
Seems so difficult just to get a screen protector changed, I'll likely do it myself

Ha, £150??? That's positively a bargain! I've been quoted £606 for the privilege from Vodafone.
Exactly the same circumstances, I have a small chip top right of the front screen, but the warranty issue was with the fold protector failing...Suffice to say I declined their very kind offer! Worst customer service I've ever had...and that's saying something!

HOWEVER, There is known manufacturing fault with some screens that over time, micro creases/ tears down the centre of the screen, which can also cause the bubbling. If you have any of those(they look like thin scratches along the centre fold), They will replace the screen if within warranty period.

Long story short. I am with fold 3 phone for a third year now. After 6 months or so, my inner screen protector got replaced by Samsung, and I had to pay them for that. Then just before my warranty ended (I had 2 years warranty) my inner screen died completely. Sent it to replace the screen. So they have done that.
Now, after 8 months or so, since they replace the screen with it's new screen protector, my inner screen protector is pealing off again in the middle. This is crazy. What's more worrying, is that I no longer have the warranty for it.
