Flip 6 Frozen inside screen

Good morning all

Yesterday afternoon my flip 6 inside screen does not respond any more, if I use the volume button up and down it displays the slider moving, but I can't touch the screen for it to do anything, my front screen works fine, I have powered off the device and rebooted still same issue, does any one have a solution, I have done a online chat with samsung who have arranged a pick up for repair.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues your currently experiencing with your Samsung Flip⁶  

You could try a Hard Reset however this has the possibility of deleting your saved data. 

But a Samsung Service Centre will do this anyway so might be worth a try 🤔

Thank you I have factory reset the device and phone restarted, but the inside screen still doesn't work, thank you for your help, hopefully when Samsung pick up my phone they can fix it.

Even I am facing same issue for my wife’s Flip6 which we purchased just 2 months back. Soft reset worked for 1st time but soon same issue appeared. After few soft resets i was able to get touch back and I even updated to latest patch but same issue came back and now phone is totally useless for inside screen. Seems a very poor quality device sold by Samsung.

Bought this phone in December 2024, been working like a charm, now all of sudden inside scren doesnt come on, have to close and open for couple of times then it works ok for a while, after few minutes screen stops responding again while using any app. No recent apps installed or any updates.

Did any one got sloution for this? Did samsung rep replied?
