FLIP 5 - Green Screen - warranty

I have a Flip 5, 9 months old, still under warranty. It devoted a green line across the fold (worse on RHS where the screen protector has lifted slightly) and the bottom screen flickers green. My network shop told me it is a common problem and the internal screen is faulty. How do I get this repaired by Samsung for free as I don't see why I should have to pay for a common fault. The phone has not been dropped, damaged or near any water. When I try to get advice online, it just says I need to book a repair and is trying to charge me £320!!!

Are you using samsungrepair.com? If so, that's a 3rd party accredited repair service by Likewize and you're not booking directly with Samsung.

Please use https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/ and follow the relevant steps - you can skip troubleshooting but I would recommend following steps to do a full back up. The phone will get wiped as part of the repair.
