Hi All,
I've recently tried to enable the unlock function in find my mobile app, however the unlock option is not available. I've tried to enable from my phone but that options was not found either. is there something i'm missing?

So basically you are saying is that samsung has left no option other than resetting the device if you forgot pattern or password. What is more pathetic than this ?

@Fawad Masud: If you have forgotten your PIN, pattern or password within 72 hours of setting it, then there is also the option to unlock your device using your previous lock screen credentials. For further information, please take a look at the link below.

is there another way, touch screen doesn't respond and need to bypass it to transfer data to new phone

Try to lock and set new pin and unlock it but that's not permanently
