@patrick1231: I can confirm that the option to remotely unlock Galaxy devices is no longer available on Find My Mobile, so this is why it isn't showing up for you. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

I have never tried is, but is that because it's not locked? If you lock it does the unlock option turn up?

So see lock option, click on it

Caveat : I don't work for Samsung, so if unable to unlock, not my fault and I wont replace it 🤣🔓

Did you end up finding the answer to this? I am having the same issue...

Nope, the option could have been removed on the newer FW version due to enhanced security.

"Nope" like you tried to press the lock button and then didn't appeared the unlock button? Or "nope" like you didn't tried to click on lock button?

I wouldn't exactly call this a solution as it renders the phone useless

This is the reason that im finally moving to eye oh ess after so many years with Samsung my old phone is still bricked. Removing a feature without really notifying us. What company would do that?

What a stupid solution, great. Most stupid thing is that there is no option to use you Google or Samsung password to get in. No it has to be the stupid pattern that you forgot. Hard reset required just because you forgot 1 pattern.
