I am a longtime Samsung customer. Ever since the galaxy phones have been on the market. I bought a Samsung Z Fold 4 about 3 months ago. Already the interior screen has cracked straight down the middle. I called Samsung but what a waste of time that was. I talked to 4 different people over the span of 1.25 hours. The only option they gave me was to send them my phone to look at it and they would determine the cause and then that would determine who pays for the repair. I explained to them that that wasn't an option that I needed my phone for work. They told me to find another phone too use while the process played out lol. obviously, I don't have another phone. I traded a perfectly good phone in for this piece of junk. I made an offer to them to send me the latest galaxy note in exchange for this junk fold 4 which is a downgrade, and I would not even ask for a credit for cost difference. I got nowhere. Samsung needs to be held to account for their negligence selling a phone they know is problematic. This phone should be pulled from shelves. anyone know a class action lawyer? This should be an easy win for consumers. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB next

With all due respect sir. Where there is a will there is a way. The point is is samsung is selling a defective device and inconvenience people when they break and are not doing anything to compensate their customers or making the process easy. It is a complete ***** show when it needs to be repaired. Have you ever had to switch devices and re-login to apps and other functionalities on your phone and then have to do it all over again when you get your broken phone back. It's a real pain in the ass. And the sales people at the phone stores aren't off the hook either. They aren't telling anyone about the issues either. I make sure I tell everyone not to buy one.

Well here we are. At the 1 year mark with this junk phone and its broken again. 3rd time now. I did find out this time that I could just go exchange it for a new one under the 1 year manufacturers warranty. That made it a little easier however going forward they will only guarantee this one for 90 days. Then what I have to pay to fix the phone after that? Fu-k you samsung. You really dropped the ball on this one. The very chance I can get rid of this thing I'm moving on from Samsung. You've handled this situation with the utmost disregard for your loyal customer base and you should be ashamed

So here I am again. This piece of sh*t broke for a 5th time. I am done with Samsung the second I'm able to get rid of this junk I will move on from Samsung. I'm already in the process of replacing my appliances and after that will be my TVs. The way Samsung has handled this problem is horrendous to say the least. I spread the word everywhere I go about how shitty Samsung is as a company. Everything someone seems memorized when they see my fold 4 I warn them to stand clear of the phone and I promptly advise them not to purchase a Samsung phone because the customer service is terrible. IM DONE! FU*K YOU SAMSUNG AND YOUR SH*T PRODUCTS! FU*K YOU AGAIN!
