@Lelly73 Just checking if you have run the interactive checks via Samsung Members-support Diagnostics -Microphone? If fault would need to contact support.
if that shows up ok try wiping the cache partition as @Glenntech suggested, also an idea to Repair apps via the same Recovery Menu.
