DPD forgot to put my Galaxy Fold 6 onto the van for delivery today!

UNBELIEVABLY DPD forgot to put my Galaxy Fold 6 onto the van for delivery today!

When the van driver from Wolverhampton Dpd arrived he apologised and said he'd forgotten to put the vodafone parcel on the van. But claimed he would drop it off tomorrow no problem!!

After he went we received a "sorry we missed you" email off dpd and a reschedule to Monday delivery! (Dpd chat says they don't deliver over the weekend)

 

Anyway, thought I was getting somewhere after finding dpd ceo and emailed her  sadly a reply off Joanne CCS SLT Escalations Team hasn't been dealt with this Friday afternoon (not a great escalations team if they don't escalate) so I can't see any earlier delivery than Monday!

Great pre-order shannanigans off vodafone lol

You can click "VIP my parcel" on DPD app and chose saturday deliver for £5.

They do deliver on weekends, I see the vans all the time where I live. DPD and Amazon mostly
