Wondering if anyone has progressed beyond the first confirmation email, which also says it can take upto 45 days.

Concerned as I bought 4 items factoring £600 cashback, if it is not paid where do we stand?

It is hard to get cashback from Samsung. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Z fold, and it is an expensive phone, so I was very happy when I found out that I could get a cashback. When I got the phone, I started to get my cashback, and I have waited for two months until I got it. The procedure of confirming the purchase, especially the email confirmation, took a lot of time. I don't understand why the cashback services of such a big company work so slow. I am always using the get upside app  for cashback, and it is working much better.
