Cover screen rotation

Hi, has anyone found a way to set the cover screen to auto rotate?

On the home screen
Tap and hold on the screen until you see options at the bottom
Tap on the settings
Scroll down to the bottom and you will see rotate to landscape mode
Turn this on

That's only for the home screen. I want the cover screen.

I don't think it is possible on flip4 due to limited functionality available for the cover display, but I suppose it's possible on flip 5...

I have a zflip 5, SM-F731U and agree that an option to rotate the cover screen would be awesome.  As a user, I'd like to rotate the screen 180 degrees so that the camera is at the top, so that I can use apps with a keyboard/video and type without covering up the camera or having it in the way.

Auto rotate funnily enough is built into the cover screen for the camera app, and there's a trick you can do to get everything to work on it, you need to have the phone at least somewhat open to make it work, which means the functionality is built into the hardware but not the software yet

Yes I have.  It's an app called Cover screen auto rotate by Ijp is b only for the Samsung flip 5 and 6. I have been using it due the past few months since finding it and I can reassure you it does work well. You can use it without Subscription but I did fully subscribe.  You get the app on Google play
