Can't make calls with secondary esim

I am on TMobile with a 2nd esim. But I can't make phone calls on my Fold4. It tried to dial out, but just hangs up.

Strangely, I can receive calls 🤔

Maybe the person you are trying to contact is on do not disturb mode ?

It might be beneficial to have a word with your Networks Customer Services Team @JimmyGesus 

A Samsung phone will support one eSim that takes up the resources from sim 2 so any physical sim needs to be in Sim 1.

It maybe beneficial to double check the preference settings in your Sim Manager section too.

Hmm, my SIM 1 is my physical TMobile sim. But, I made my eSim my primary primary so that it uses mobile data from it.

But, even if I set my TMobile sim as my primary, I can't make phone calls.

The person I am trying to call does not have DND on.

Such a strange issue!
