Beta for fold 4

I don't appear to have the banner across the top to enroll into the beta? Is there any other way I can join the beta?

You can look in notices.
It's for unlocked devices only.
So if you got your phone through a network provider, you won't be eligible as your phone will have carrier specific software on it.
Also, sometime the Beta program is that popular, the quota of applicants fills up quickly and the Beta program closes

Look in the fold 4 forum on xda you will find the OAT has been captured just flash it manually with odin if EUX you will need to manually flash any further beta updates till or if they even open the beta up to carrier software models or final release
