Anyone experiencing delay in receiving their new flip in UK?

I've rang Samsung several.times chasing it and they keep promising to send me an email updating me with expected delivery date but they never do. They just apologise and thank me for my patience, promise to send an email and then never do. My patience is wearing thin.  Anyone cancelled and got a refund? TIA

If you paid upfront I'd cancel the order and buy from Very or Argos you'll have it in 2 days.

For whatever reason Samsung seems to be struggling to fulfill orders.

Thanks for the advice, I think this might be the best strategy. So frustrated after another 60 min call with CS today 😪
