Hi,
A few days ago I took my phone to the service center because my battery was swollen and I had no signal. The service offered to replace two batteries for me (because I don't know which one). As part of the repair of the range, he stated that the antenna connector and the signal antenna needed to be replaced. When receiving it, there was a problem because the phone no longer opened, i.e. it was obviously glued, because it could be slightly tilted from the bottom. The service lady tried to fix it with some liquid put on it. It didn't work, so she said her boss would take care of it tomorrow because he was the one who did it. However, I have some concerns about potential damage to the seals and screen. Do you think there is anything to be afraid of? Should I argue with them about this and still not accept the call and ask for a refund for its equivalent value?
Regards

Hi @Members_oPpfGnb. If this was one of our Service Centres, the engineers will repair the phone to the highest standard and full working order.

Unfortunately, it wasn't. It was a third party. I think I will ask for a cost reimbursement and bring it to authorized Service Center.

It was a third party. I don't know why would they do it. I guess they know nothing about Samsung Galaxy Fold phones.

I would definitely have this looked at as the ip rating may have been compromised @Members_oPpfGnb
I hope you having the phone repaired via a non authorised Samsung Service Centre has not invalidated your Manufacturer's Warranty.
Please do let us know how you get on.
