180° rotation how to?

How to enable 180° rotation without installing an app?

Or maybe install an app,allow 180° rotation,uninstall app.

Swipe down from the top, hit the padlock icon, it will allow your screen to rotate. If you don't see this symbol on the screen, swipe down twice to see the full panel.

Thats just autorotate,which doesn't do/allow 180° rotation.

Apologies I misread. There is no way to do it without installing a 3rd party app. There are a few rotation contol apps in the play store but none where the effect would continue after they were uninstalled.
