Fold 6: Screen upside down when rotating.  Settings have been confirmed correct.

This basically renders to split screen feature useless. I restarted and the problem seems to have resolved itself.

Anyone else having this issue?

This does sound like an anomaly  / glitch @jeanettemhc 

Ensure your phone's software is fully up to date.

I was having this problem briefly as well. Rotation to landscape mode kept rotating upside-down. I restarted my device and it went back to normal.
