@hussain234: When you toggle on Smart View via the steps provided by @Easty does it list your TV as an available connection? Do you have access to another Smart TV that you can connect to to see if the issue persists? As a basic troubleshooting step, on your S9, try pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts. Now, power off your TV and unplug it at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and power on using the remote. Make sure that the phone and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, then check to see if the issue persists.
