hi thank you for your help .it has come to light unfortunately that a person whom I trusted to look after my house etc has created a domain on my WiFi and made himself admin .I do not know what is genuine on my phone .I am being told there are all these devices on my activity control information.ive done a factory reset and I still have 400+ apps that are system apps.my Google drive has no storage available and I can't see where the storage is or what it is.nobody wants to help with this so far and I'm at my whits end
