I recently factory reset my phone to see if it fixed an issue I was having. I used the Google Drive backup feature, but after the reset I cannot for the life of me figure out how to restore the backup. I can see the backup on my Google Drive account. I do not have Samsung Cloud because I have Verizon as my carrier. I spent an hour and a half on the phone yesterday with Samsung Support with no success. I feel like this problem should not be this hard to solve. Any help would be extremely appreciated.
