Alarm problems!

I have an S9+ and use the alarm every day, the other day my phone did an update, since then I cannot dismiss alarms when they sound only snooze! When it goes off again I can dismiss!

Quite agree! I had to turn off my phone to turn the alarm off. The alarm turned off correctly only once out of three times.

This is soo irritating and confusing how to fix it.

Hi, if you dismiss snooze from the alarm function the alarm is easy to dismiss as normal.
Its abit of a pain not to be able to use snooze, but hopefully Samsung will fix it soon.

Hi, I've found if you dismiss the snooze button the alarm works as normal.

Its abit of a pain but hopefully this fault will be sorted soon by Samsung
