I have been the biggest fan of the galaxy top flagship phone for 10 YEARS, so I've had almost every note and every Ultra, until this year. I am acctually dissapointed about what my favorite company is doing. I have tv's, tablets, computers, oviously phones, & appliances- all samsung! a lot of money!! And now they have adopted a copycat policy to I Phones. All because apple sells big. This will cost them dearly. Everytime they get away from being samsung and try cutting corners to be like another company that makes money or to save money-- they mess it up!!. I have been a customer for 10 years and a few of my family members got on the Samsung van wagon because of my enthusiasm and them seeing the products I use. This is sad, and it bothers me at this point after all this money and customer loyalty I gave them. I feel cheated. If they are just going to be like apple and play it fn safe samsung will dissapear, and if samsumg disapears into just a safe company as they did with this product then we will not buy from them any more because they are not the best at their game any more (they were just last year, my S24 Ultra is the best). I personally will not buy their phone products any more if this continues. Instead, If there is no more Samsung ULTRA phone going forward then the alternative is Apple, yes, I will buy from the company that sells "safe" products best since that is what we are left with. See, a smart consumer is NOT a fan boy. I'm Going to buy Apple as my next phone, because they are the best "safe" producs -selling company. Samsung, you are not good at that!!!! You are good at being the best!!! Get it back!!

Hello 👋 @Sammyconsumer1 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
I totally understand and appreciate your viewpoint.
In what ways do you consider that the new Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Series of phone's are copying Apple 🤔
When looking at the launches of phone's from all the Manufacturer's they can all be seen to be alike in ways. They follow market trend etc.
In my view I would have liked a bigger battery albeit due to the new soc, and optimisation the new Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra phone which has the same battery capacity of the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra lasts longer going from reviews and customer reports.
Samsung One Ui has been continually improved, and we have One Ui⁷ on the new phone's which is soon to be released to further eligible phone's.
The aesthetics of a phone build in my opinion has reached it's peak ~ So how could that be changed for the next generation of phone's I wonder. 🤔
I would also have liked to see an ir blaster reintroduced.
All that said the Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Series of phone's are impressive and as such are selling.
People have different wants and needs and some are brand driven.
My personal opinion is that Samsung provide true innovation in their products ,and software.
The beauty of choice is that one can choose what tp go with ,and many do switch from manufacturer to manufacturer for many reasons.
Samsung has a feedback section in their Samsung Members App too that people can use.
I wish you well with your options you opt for.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I personally am loving my new s25 ultra now coming from the s23 U.
But hey that's just me.
Thing is the days of giant leaps in phone tec are gone at this time. Overall the major phone manufactures will be giving more and more incremental hardware updates over time. And the emphasis I think will be more and more development of software and AI eco systems.
Sure in the future we might see 50,000mAh batts, where full charge is within 5 seconds and a charge lasts a full month, and 1tb of memory and 500tb of storage, but where does it end ....
Take camera tech how much of a real photo do we need ? there is only so much reality you can get from a picture until becomes "None reality" and so while phone cams will continue to develop they are getting to the point where there wont be much more improvement that can be had for the humble photo as a photo is a photo.
I feel the next generation is all about software - where hardware becomes more and more refined to enable the requirements of software leaps which are bound to come. Sure they are phones this year cheaper than samsung which boast bigger battery's, more ram, more pixels - but look under the hood and we might see some of this is more gimmick and selling point rather than making any notable difference to every day use.
Just my own thoughts.
