I'm experiencing the exact same issue since I started using my S25 Ultra on April 10, 2025. With my previous device (S22 Ultra), I typically had 2 to 3 bars of signal at my desk. Now, in the exact same location, I often have 0 bars — sometimes no connection at all.
I've replaced the SIM card, reset all network settings, and tested the phone in safe mode — none of it made a difference. It's clear this isn't caused by third-party apps or my provider.
Samsung, this is extremely disappointing for a premium device. Please communicate clearly: is this a known software issue that’s being addressed, or are we facing a hardware defect? Many users are left uncertain and frustrated. We urgently need a clear and honest answer.
