Watch 5 pro LTE not transferring to new device

Hi guys, is anyone else having this problem where I've just set up my s25 ultra and trying to transfer the watch data from my watch 5 pro LTE it is not moving, keeps on saying error failed to connect not sure what I can do to fix it.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi there,
I would try a factory reset on the watch and, after connecting it to the phone, start afresh.

I guess I'll have to reset which I was trying to avoid as it takes ages lol

Did you tried the clear cache partition recovery process on your watch?

Yes, I had exactly the same problem. Did a reset and connected as a new watch and it restored with a saved backup.

Had the same problem spent 4 hrs at Verizon 11 phone call to samsung. Tried everything. I couldn't transfer my text massages from my 22 ultra to the 25 ultra. Finally returned the phone
