Waiting For S25 Series Promotional Gifts?

Enjoying your new S25 series device?

If you ordered from Samsung directly, shortly after delivery of your new device you would have received an email inviting you to complete a review (email up to 14 days after date of delivery). 

If you completed a review....... 

1. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Samsung made this very clear. After you pressed submit, at the top of the page you would have a message thanking you for your review (that is your confirmation). 

2. Delivery of your promotional items would be within 30 days of leaving your review. 
If the 30 days are not yet up, no point asking on here or contacting Samsung Customer Services to ask where they are. 

Your items will likely come via DPD. Watch out for the email where DPD say they are expecting your parcel.... You know then it is on its way. Delivery usually next day. 

DPD will only be able to deliver to the address your device was sent to. You cannot redirect to another address or to a pick up point so don't waste time asking as the answer will be "no".

I was out of town so I had to reschedule my delivery, fingers crossed 🤞 will be getting that tomorrow. #Waiting

I got mine today finally. The odd thing is delivery dates for my phone and buds changed from 1 Feb to 3 Feb. A bit sneaky if it was done to cover the idea of being within 31 days from receiving my device.

I received my phone on the 1st also. Yet it has changed in the samsung shop app that I received on the 3rd. Buds I'm still waiting for stock I guess, meant to have been the 28th Feb. Never dispatched. Never received the email to leave a review. But I got that sorted, just waiting for any news on the case and charger to arrive. I submitted 3 times just to make sure my review went through 😁

A few mentioned on here @Fiona26 exactly as you have, no email so had to chase that up to enable them to action the review.

Great to hear that it wasn't a major issue for you and hope you get both the Buds 3 and the promotional gifts ASAP

The free case and charger do actually show in Your Orders if the review etc has been accepted. Came across this by accident. Just go to your original S25 order in the Samsung Shop, click on the S25 order, click on the "View More" and scroll down past the phone, free buds etc and the case/charger should be there. Mine is currently awaiting dispatch, but at least I know I'll get them at some point 1741003811006.jpg1741003811015.jpg

I received my phone at the end of Feb. It's been two weeks and I still haven't received any email with a link for a review. Can anyone please advise? Thank you.
