Hello Experts,
I have the Samsung S25 Ultra, and I am currently experiencing issues. The palm move gesture to take a screenshot has stopped working, even though it was functioning just a few days ago. I have attempted to toggle the on/off switch and reload multiple times, but unfortunately, it has not resolved the problem. Additionally, I have observed that the lift-to-wake screen gesture is also not functioning as expected. Furthermore, I am encountering problems with Samsung Pass. It is supposed to provide an option to save login passwords, but it is not offering me the ability to save passwords in my Samsung Pass. It is disappointing to experience. such a high end mobile and but pathetic user experience and buggy software. biometric experience is also very poor need multiple attempt to unlock the device..even cheap chines phone better than s25 ultra in biometric
can someone help me to fix these issues..I heard samsung added bigger cooling pad in s25 ultra but that seems another lie to consumer as it's doing nothing phone heatup with minor video watch or scroll and some camera shots.

@-Robot- I would say you are lucky enough not experiencing the issues i mentioned but it doesn't mean there is no problem. it just you might not hit the trigger yet...My experience with 1.3L phone is worst so far.

@raipraveen83: When using the 'Palm swipe to capture' feature, are you making sure to place the edge of your hand on the right side of the screen, and swipe all the way to the left, as demonstrated in the video guide below?
For the 'Lift to wake' feature, please note that the screen will only turn on when the phone's screen is angled towards you, so the initial lifting action won't be recognised.
For Samsung Pass, please try heading to Settings > General management > Passwords, passkeys and autofill > Preferred service, and make sure that Samsung Pass is selected. For further guidance, please refer to the link below.
