I also have the Samsung Watch4. I had the batch that was bricked after an update years ago.
I was forced to send it back and Samsung replaced the motherboard on the watch.
I would unpair the watch in your new phone - Settings / Connections / Bluetooth.
It probably wouldn't hurt to reboot your phone and completely reset your watch.
I had an issue with my Watch4 last year and reset it several times, having a backup of your watch will save you time.
I know it's a pain to reset your watch but that might be your only solution and again, having a backup will make the process go faster.
I had no problems pairing my Watch4 to my S25 Ultra.
