Hello.
I've got S25 and there is a problem with the reception of Viber calls. When I get a Viber call I can't answer it till I unlock the screen (with fingerprint, pin code etc...). There was no such problem on my previous phone (S20 FE). As I see all the permissions for Viber and his notifications are given but I still have this ptoblem. Is there a way to fix it somehow?

Thank you, but it's the different problem they've discussed. They couldn't see a Viber call at all and couldn't answer it accordingly. In my case I can see the incoming call screen and I can answer the call, but only after unlocking the screen, which takes extra time and extra actions. As I mentioned I didn't have such problem on my S20 FE: when I got a Viber call on it I see the call screen and can answer the call immediately, there's no need to unlock the phone first.
