So I've been a lot of people talking about the S25 Ultra not having the built in magnets and yes I myself want that feature HOWEVER 

I've just been playing around with my phone and I'm admittedly one to take my case off which loses out on magsafe... or does it? 

I put my phone down on my magnetic wireless charger and the charger stuck to my phone NOT perfectly but it stuck to the back of my S25 Ultra.

Disclaimer: I'm well aware the S25 Ultra has QI2 charging just not the magnet in the back

While your phone might be sticking slightly to a magnetic wireless charger, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra does not have built-in magnets, meaning it doesn't have true MagSafe functionality without a dedicated case with integrated magnets.

My personal guess is that the charger itself has a slight magnetism to it

Maybe like I said it didn't stick entirely to the phone it did slip off but not moving it stuck to the back so it's probably that.

What material is the charger? I know at the gym I used to do this weird trick where, if I rubbed the back of my phone on a bench at a very steep angle, it would stick. S24+

The charger? Honestly not sure. I bought it sometime back

As already mentioned, it is the charger that has slightly magnetic effect

It's a shame that Samsung didn't go the while hog with Qi² options @Brooklin, however it's definitely a step in the right direction. 

I use a Spigen Neo One Magsafe Case on my Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra. 

Who knows with the future generations. 🤔
