Terrible big fat battery icon from beta ended up in S25U April patch

I don't understand whats going on?!! Is this an error from my cache file or what? Can anyone confirm that Samsung intentionally switched to this awful icon again? This was in my S24U One UI 7.0 beta! Have Samsung developers lost their mind?? I can't believe this is happening 😭

From 99 problems in life, the battery icon is not one of them. Life is bigger than that. Yes, they changed it, but at least is bigger and more visible and you don't have to squint your eyes. My favourite one was the square one with segments that disappeared as the battery percentage goes down, but it's been replaced years ago and I almost forgot about it. I still think it was cute though.

I still can't see it 😂, just joking. I must admit i do squint occasionally. Haven't updated yet to find out how much bigger it really is. People spoke up, they got it bigger. Just unfortunate it's not to everyone's liking that didn't have a problem with size to begin with. Preferred the older icon myself.

Now there is a little bit of color missing, green by 100-80%, blue by 80-40%, yellow by 40-20% and red by 20-0%. 🤭

Wow talk about over reacting to something so insignificant, I personally prefer it because easier to see for me especially if I don't have my glasses. The old one was too small imho.

Yeah it looks so beautiful. I hope in the next update it will grow even bigger and keep growing until it occupies the entire screen.

Samsung should have use a 10 times bigger icon during the S25U release and don't know why they used a smaller icon. If they used a 10 or 100 times bigger icon they could see a significant sales increase.

You'll get used to it quickly. I was surprised that you couldn't see the numbers in the egg on S25 ultra, when I can see them fine since the upgrade to OneUI 7 on my S24 ultra 🤭
