Terrible big fat battery icon from beta ended up in S25U April patch

I don't understand whats going on?!! Is this an error from my cache file or what? Can anyone confirm that Samsung intentionally switched to this awful icon again? This was in my S24U One UI 7.0 beta! Have Samsung developers lost their mind?? I can't believe this is happening 😭

Don't like the pill myself but if the bigger one is the only alternative I'll take it over the awful small one before 🙏

Haha, yes the April update changed the icon to that fat ugly one for all of us, the previous small one was barely readable anyways, so this is functionally better,  why are you so furious? 😁

This looks awful! I dont understand how is the small one so unreadable!!! Even the small one seemed a bigger for me but it was at least equal in width with the rest of the status bar icons. This is a common sense that the status bar icons being of the same category should be of equal width!!! Samsung is making UI more inconsistent via updates?! Why? Is this a rational decision? I don't think so..😭

I don't really notice any difference, it was already thick in the first OneUI 7 upgrade, and now it's the same after the patch. S24 ultra  🤭😂

I don't like the new fat icon either from a design perspective, BUT most of the time I couldn't read the % on the smaller one, and was usually checking the battery level from the battery widget on my home screen, this big one I could at least read at a glans, but it looks odd for sure

No. It became bigger today after the April update.. If we have to have the pill, I'm happier with the size now than before.

But still don't like it overall.. 🙏
