That's an app you have installed. Or at least an app installed on your phone. Nothing to do with samsung or anything official, just a random app.

For that exactly that app does, it allows you to run commands on your phone as if it was a linux computer. It can't harm your device so it's quite limited in functionality

@Calidaley: While I'm not 100% certain, this looks like a Terminal emulation app (something developers use for coding) . If you press and hold on the app icon, are you able to uninstall it via the pop-up menu that appears on screen?

@Calidaley: If you head to Settings > Apps, is the Terminal app visible here? If not, have you installed any apps from unauthorised third party sites? If you head to Settings > Device care > App protection > Scan phone, does this flag any suspicious activity?

Thats the linux terminal app logo. Allows users to run virtual linux machine on phone. Android 15 has it built in. Goto developer options and turn off "Linux development environment" to disable it

Sometimes shortcuts stick around after uninstalling the app, the app was on your phone but when you clicked the shortcut android automatically deleted it as it can't find the app in the app folder
