You're not alone with this.
I sometimes see a pop up green banner at the bottom of my display saying I'm now back online etc however I'm still able to access the Internet etc.
I don't see this when I'm on my Home Wi-Fi or when I'm out and about on Mobile Data so it's looking like that my Mobile Data Connection at home is weak or there's a ghost in the machine that Samsung will hopefully look into if enough owners send this as feedback via their Samsung Members App.
