When you swapped phone's did you use a Samsung Cloud Back up or Samsung Smartswitch, as that should have moved all your apps across.
If you pull up from the bottom of the screen and use the search bar by typing in Goodlock does it still not show.
If the region you live in allows the Goodlock App to be available in the Samsung Galaxy Store ,then there would be no reason it wouldn't show.
