Apps not working

On my s25 ultra my instagram reels are not loading but on my s22 ultra they are working fine it is the same instagram account on both phone dose anybody know how to fix this problem

Go to settings > apps > Instagram > storage > clear cache. Uninstall, turn your device off and on, then reinstall Instagram.

Yeah there's a problem i can't uninstall the app I've tried and instagram and youtube are the only apps I can't uninstall

Tried long pressing the icon and pressing uninstall?

Yeah for some reason I don't have that😂 on my others I do

The remove icon just removes it from homescreen
