Motion Photo causes stutter when photo exposure is high

Hi! I recently found that the Camera app, when Motion Photo is enabled, shows a noticeable stutter in the recorded video segment.

I ran a few tests. First, I switched to the “Capture only before shot” option, and the stutter disappeared.

This led me to think the issue might be caused by the photo capture interrupting the video recording. To confirm this, I tested Motion Photos with different exposure levels, pointing at the same light sources. The longer the shutter speed required for the photo, the more visible the video cut/stutter becomes.

The tests support this conclusion. Attached are comparison videos:

-high exposure (longer exposure, longer stutter)

-low exposure (shorter exposure, no stutter)

Hope this helps clarify the issue. Looking forward to any fix or input!
