I’ve purchased the Samsung Galaxy ultra 25 since mid march of this year, however I’ve gotten this phone exchanged three times due numerous issues and the Samsung Galaxy ultra 25 I’m using right now, Get hot in the corner of the phone when I restart it and  when I’m using it, I’m just wondering if Samsung will launch a new update to fix this overheating problem immediately and for unwanted bugs defects soon here, Please and thank you!

Thats not true? What do you mean theyre not being sold anymore....I know for a fact retailers are still selling s25U.

By overheating do you mean thr phone is getting hot or its glitches and causing problems?

S24 series are being sold in store anymore but the s25 series are and yes my samsung s25 ultra gets hot in the corner of the phone when I reset it or when I use it, however it could just indicate to a software issue that, which samsung could potentially fix by an update which will help the phones from overheating like my phone does.

I don't think there's nothing wrong with my device but, like I said numerous times now that it could be a software issue and could be adjusted by a regular update fix as a former apple user, i know that all iPhone 15 series had overheating issues and apple managed to deal with it by launching another software update to fix the issue, which samsung should do themselves.

I got my samsung s25 ultra in the store ( Telua) and when I asked the retailer about the 24s ultra, they told me that they don't sell them in the stores anymore but, is being sold online still.

I'm in Canada just to clarify this information with you.

To address this matter,

Yes I am using a theme that was installed in my samsung s25 ultra display and im barely on my phone lots but, the question is why does my phone overheat in the corner while I restart it or when i use it? Could this result into a software issue or something?

I did judge the samsung s25 ultras but, with the two other ultras I had before this one that im using had a virus due the smart switch app which is compatible with iPhone at all but, now with this one, i never transfered any data from my iPhone or from the old samsungs to this samsung because I was worried about the virus reoccurring, so therefore I manually just setup my phone, now the overheating in the corner while restarting and using it shouldn't be happening as I said in my previous comments that it could be a software issue or something else but I think it's a software which can be fix by an update through samsung.

I use to have the samsung s22 before I switch over to an iPhone 15 and samsung did an excellent job with make sure all users aren't experiencing unwanted bugs or overheating issues when the s22 samsung series where in session at the time.

Is this a third party themes or Samsung one? Could you try turn off theme as a test to see if that improves? Maybe the themes if badly written? I am just guessing a don't know enough about what themes you running but that could explain why you had three faulty units, which could in fact be dodgy written code
