I’ve purchased the Samsung Galaxy ultra 25 since mid march of this year, however I’ve gotten this phone exchanged three times due numerous issues and the Samsung Galaxy ultra 25 I’m using right now, Get hot in the corner of the phone when I restart it and when I’m using it, I’m just wondering if Samsung will launch a new update to fix this overheating problem immediately and for unwanted bugs defects soon here, Please and thank you!

Unfortunately I can’t escape a 2 year contract with my Samsung Ultra 25 now until the contract is up after two years, however I do believe that Samsung cooperation could fix these problems by launching an update that indicates fixing overheating issues and unwanted bugs.
i use to be an apple user at the time and when apple launches updates to fix certain issues, it actually works without any further issues after that.

There’s no Samsung Galaxy Ultras being sold in stores anymore, unless you purchase them online.

Also like you, I got my S25Us exchanged several times and have seen all variations of issues until I settled on two pieces that work quite okay.
Regarding overheating, some units heat more than others, I think due to binning variations of the Snapdragon 8 Elite chips,
What I learned is don't judge overheating during the first few days of use, while the phone is still installing updates and optimizing the battery, during this time it get very hot and the battery life is mediocre,
After it settles, it usually runs cool and battery becomes great, for me I started with 5-6 hours SOT, but now after a month it's 12+ hours and runs really cool,
Some units however continue to stay hot and these will need to be replaced,
When checking temperature, don't go by the feeling of the top left corner next to the cameras, this is where the chip is and will always get warm under load, instead use a tool like AIDA64 to monitor temps, a good unit will rest below 30c, and will run below 40c in light use like browsing, and below 50c when downloading or gaming, please note that temps do burst to 100c which is normal, but don't stay there for more than a few seconds.
If your unit is running above those temps after it's settled and everything is downloaded and updated, then you got a hot one which will need to be replaced again.
