S25 WiFi access

I recently bought a S25 and would appreciate some advice on a WiFi access issue.

I have no problem accessing WiFi at home or in some public places such as supermarkets. However, I’m unable to access WiFi at my local Nuffield Health gym or Costa Coffee. I have googled and played with various security settings but no luck. Of course I have also rebooted the phone a couple of times at both venues.

I get an error message which either simply says Internet not available or there is a security issue. I have no problem using 5G at either location.

I previously had a Samsung A50 and had no problem accessing WiFi at the gym or Costa.

Any suggestions, please?

I can't comment on Gym access but I do use my local Costa Wi-Fi which does connect seamlessly so I can only assume something in your settings isn't allowing this.

May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.

If it works everywhere else but shows errors and a security issue on that network, I'd guess it's the wifi at fault not your phone

Try forgetting the WiFi networks and adding them again.

I thought that originally but it seems unlikely as it’s not working at two different locations, Costa and gym

Do you have other devices with you still connecting to them?

That's a simple but very good suggestion which I should have thought of myself! I will take my old A50 to the gym and try to access WiFi. If it works I will compare settings on the two phones.
