My phone does the same thing under certain conditions. I put it down to me using wifi 7.
To be exact. If I go downstairs and play youtube, the phone will say no Internet, then reconnect after maybe 10 seconds. Has also happened when casting youtube. Has also happened when casting and watching plex.
So for me, it only seems to happen when at home, in a specific spot and streaming video. But it only happens once when it happens.
Deeper analysis from the router shows the phone disconnected itself, it was not disconnected by the router or it lost connection. The phone decided it wanted to use data instead.
Has never happened anywhere else, signal isn't an issue.

Try this first.... Reset Network Settings
You'll have to re-input any WiFi passwords but your network will automatically update APNs.
No loss of data doing this.

Yeah, every android device and just device in general will swap to the best one it can find. Samsung just adds some extra smarts to it. Will give a network reset a try as Piper suggested, can't hurt.
Little extra. For my network I have 2.4ghz, 5ghz a second 5ghz and 6ghz. With the capability to use 3 of them all at the same time. So I assumed that complicated mess was causing the disconnections. Guess all of that is working fine
