Hi all,

I have the feeling that both Wi-Fi and 5G are slower than S24 Ultra.

Your thoughts?

I found the connection on my S25 Ultra with my Virgin hub better than my S24 Ultra actually. Side by side tests around the home, the S25 Ultra consistently achieved better speeds. So I can't say I've experienced your findings tbh.

There's where my worries are. Both of WiFi and 5G seems to have less strength thous a bit slower.

Maybe the new titanium casing?

I am Senior systems engineer, so I don't need anyone to check my AP.

Maybe the next firmwares will make things better as always.

Mine appears to be connecting to the pod in my house and using wifi 5, instead of the wifi 6 through my virgin media router. I reset the pod in my VM app and it connected back to 6 straight away, seems to be staying there for now...

Yes, I searched and found this topic after performing a few benchmark tests with WiFi 7.  I consistently get around 3300Mbps up/down on my S24U.  However, my new S25U only gets up to around 2000Mbps.  These tests are on a local uncongested network about 5ft line of site from the WiFi access point.  The new S25U takes longer to ramp up speed like as if power management is regulating it.

Also, where did the "Connectivity Labs" settings go?  I can't find them on the S25U.

Problem solved after I enabled "Connectivity labs".  WiFi speeds are good now.  To enable it, you go to the "Intelligent Wi-Fi" menu screen, scroll to the bottom, then click on the [Intelligent WiFi 7.0.0] button a bunch of times until it adds the "Connectivity labs" button below it.
